FairTicks User Agreement & Platform Acknowledgement
Last updated: September 2026
This User Agreement & Platform Acknowledgement (“Agreement”) applies when you create and use a FairTicks account.
By creating your FairTicks account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement and the FairTicks policies referenced below.
1. What FairTicks Is
FairTicks is a simulated trading evaluation platform.
FairTicks provides access to a simulated environment where users can explore the platform, use eligible free trials, purchase simulated evaluation products, follow account-specific rules, track simulated performance, and, where eligible, progress to simulated Qualified Accounts.
FairTicks is not a broker, broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial adviser, exchange, bank, custodian, asset manager, payment institution, or financial institution.
FairTicks does not provide brokerage accounts, execute real trades on behalf of users, manage user investment funds, accept deposits for real trading or investment purposes, or provide users with direct access to real market liquidity.
2. All Trading Activity Is Simulated
All trading activity inside FairTicks is simulated.
Accounts, balances, orders, positions, executions, profits, losses, charts, performance metrics, risk metrics, account results, and related trading activity displayed inside FairTicks are part of the FairTicks simulated environment.
Virtual account balances are not real money, deposits, brokerage balances, investment capital, or withdrawable user funds.
Simulated performance inside FairTicks should not be treated as real trading performance or as a guarantee of future results in financial markets.
3. Creating an Account Does Not Create a Brokerage or Investment Relationship
Creating or using a FairTicks account does not create a brokerage, advisory, fiduciary, custody, investment, banking, or asset-management relationship between you and FairTicks.
FairTicks does not invest your money or trade financial instruments on your behalf.
4. FairTicks Products Are Digital Platform Services
FairTicks may offer simulated Training Accounts, free trials, resets, extensions, upgrades, Qualified Accounts, platform credits, and other digital features or services.
If you later purchase a FairTicks product, the amount you pay is a fee for access to the selected digital platform service. It is not a deposit, investment, trading capital, margin contribution, or withdrawable balance.
The specific price, account rules, risk limits, duration, reset or extension availability, eligibility requirements, and other product conditions will be presented or made available in connection with the relevant product.
5. Product-Specific Agreement at Purchase
Creating a FairTicks account does not itself purchase an evaluation or guarantee access to any paid product.
When you purchase or activate an eligible FairTicks Training Account, reset, extension, upgrade, or other account-related digital service, you may be required to separately accept the then-current Trader Agreement & Account Purchase Acknowledgement and the rules applicable to that specific transaction.
That acceptance may be recorded together with the product, price, account type, account size, order or invoice, timestamp, and applicable agreement or policy versions.
6. Account Rules
Different FairTicks products may have different rules.
Depending on the product, these may include simulated profit targets, daily-loss limits, maximum-loss limits, trailing or end-of-day drawdown rules, Max Exposure, progression-day requirements, consistency rules, stop-loss requirements, position restrictions, account validity or expiry, reset or extension rules, market restrictions, payout eligibility conditions, and prohibited actions.
You are responsible for reviewing the rules that apply to a product before purchasing it and before placing simulated trades on that account.
7. Qualified Accounts Remain Simulated
A Qualified Account is a simulated FairTicks account that may become available after the applicable evaluation, eligibility, verification, and review requirements have been satisfied.
A Qualified Account is not a brokerage account, funded brokerage account, bank account, investment account, deposit account, or account containing your money.
Qualification does not mean that FairTicks has transferred trading capital to you or opened a real brokerage account in your name.
8. No Guarantee of Passing, Qualification, or Payout
FairTicks does not guarantee that you will pass an evaluation, receive a Qualified Account, qualify for a payout or reward, or achieve any particular result.
Where FairTicks offers payouts, rewards, certificates, Qualified Account status, or other platform benefits, they are subject to the applicable account rules, eligibility conditions, identity verification, fraud and compliance review, payment review, account standing, and other conditions described by FairTicks.
Any payout or reward made available under the FairTicks program is not an investment return, dividend, interest payment, yield, brokerage profit, or return generated from money invested by you.
9. No Financial Advice
FairTicks does not provide financial advice, investment advice, portfolio management, trading signals, or recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or trade financial assets.
Platform metrics, educational material, account notifications, risk indicators, breach warnings, and other information provided by FairTicks are for simulated evaluation, educational, operational, or account-status purposes.
Any decision to trade real financial markets outside FairTicks is your own and is separate from the FairTicks service.
10. Market Data and Simulated Execution
FairTicks may use live, delayed, aggregated, third-party, derived, synthetic, crypto-based, or internally calculated market data to operate its simulated environment.
Market names and symbols displayed by FairTicks are used for platform, pricing, and simulation purposes.
FairTicks does not provide direct access to CME, NYSE, NASDAQ, MetaTrader, cTrader, Jigsaw, futures exchanges, stock exchanges, commodities exchanges, crypto exchanges, or other trading venues.
Simulated prices, fills, orders, positions, charts, ticks, PnL, and account results may differ from external market data or real-world execution.
11. Identity, KYC, and Compliance
FairTicks may require identity verification, KYC, payment verification, fraud screening, sanctions screening, or other compliance checks before certain services or benefits become available.
You agree to provide accurate, authentic, complete, and up-to-date information when requested.
FairTicks may restrict, suspend, review, or terminate access where verification fails, information appears fraudulent or inconsistent, prohibited activity is suspected, or legal, payment, security, or compliance concerns arise.
12. Prohibited Activity
You may not use FairTicks for fraud, identity misuse, account sharing, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, KYC abuse, technical manipulation, platform exploitation, prohibited coordinated trading, security abuse, circumvention of restrictions, or other conduct prohibited by FairTicks rules.
FairTicks may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action to protect users, payment systems, service providers, and platform integrity.
The detailed rules are available in the Prohibited Actions Policy .
13. Payments and Refunds
If you purchase a FairTicks product, your payment is for access to a digital platform service.
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Using FairTicks or creating a free account does not itself create a right to a refund for a future purchase. Refund eligibility is assessed against the specific purchased service and the circumstances described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
14. Platform Credits and FTUSD
FairTicks may offer internal platform credits, including FTUSD.
FTUSD is a closed-loop FairTicks platform credit. It is not cash, legal tender, cryptocurrency, a stablecoin, e-money, a security, investment, deposit, or withdrawable balance.
FTUSD may only be used inside FairTicks where permitted and cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred between users, or exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency.
15. Platform Availability
FairTicks aims to provide a reliable service, but online services can experience maintenance, outages, technical errors, market-data interruptions, third-party provider failures, or other events outside FairTicks's reasonable control.
FairTicks does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
16. Your Account and Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
You must not share your account or credentials in violation of FairTicks rules, attempt to bypass security controls, or allow another person to complete identity verification on your behalf.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact FairTicks Support promptly.
17. FairTicks Policies
Your use of FairTicks is also governed by the policies applicable to the Service, including:
- Terms & Conditions
- Full Risk Disclosure
- Privacy Policy
- Prohibited Actions Policy
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
Additional product-specific rules and policies may apply when you purchase, activate, or use particular FairTicks products.
18. Changes to the Service and Policies
FairTicks may update its services, products, features, rules, or policies from time to time.
Where appropriate, material changes may be communicated through the website, member area, dashboard, email, checkout, or another reasonable method.
A later purchase may require acceptance of the agreement and policies in effect for that transaction.
19. Electronic Acceptance
By actively accepting this Agreement during registration, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to review it and the policies referenced above.
Where permitted by applicable law, your electronic acceptance may be recorded together with information such as your user ID, email address, acceptance timestamp, agreement version, and relevant technical records for security, audit, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes.
